Join us for the 2nd iDAC Consultant Office Hours Series through the Consultant Cohort — a new initiative designed to provide greater transparency into how consulting firms evaluate managers, allocate capital, and make investment decisions.

Each session follows a structured, one-hour format designed to be both informative and interactive:
An overview of who we are, our client base, and how managers typically engage with our team—from initial interaction through ongoing coverage and client engagement.
- Research & Due Diligence Framework
A walkthrough of our investment research process, including IDD, QDD, and ODD, along with guidance on how managers can effectively position themselves for engagement.
We will also introduce Albourne's Moatspace and outline data-sharing expectations.
- Operational Due Diligence: What to Expect
Insight into the objectives and structure of our ODD process, the key areas we evaluate, and what managers can expect throughout the engagement.
We will also highlight how ODD can serve as a constructive “gap analysis” aligned with industry best practices.
- Common Pitfalls & How to Prepare
Practical guidance on areas where managers often face challenges, along with actionable steps to help you prepare and avoid common issues.
An open forum to address your questions directly with our speakers.
